M March 6, 2006 rest
I ate salad today. I am going to start working on the diet portion of the getting in shape. More fruits and vegetables for me. I have also taken advantage of this rest day to fix my watch. Now that I know how to retrieve the lap times, I am looking at my lap times. But they are in little tiny numbers at the top of the watch and are hard to see when your arm keeps moving up and down. So I changed the setting so the lap numbers are the big numbers and the total time is in the small numbers.
