6:00 60 degrees; cloudy.
This was my "long" run. It felt okay, but I am not the habit of running so far and almost forgot where I was on the trail. My right quad felt tight and a bit sore after mile 3. I think I can increase my distance to 4 miles next week. I am going to keep track of how my knees feel. I also have to think of some cross training activities and strength & stretching.
