stinky around the water treatments plant. This has been a norm for morning runs - I don't like it.
I was feeling a bit sore in the shins last night but not this morning. Not so many people on the trail in the mornings on the weekend as there were on Friday morning. If I go tomorrow it will be interesting to make note of. Saw Martha again.

I am impressed. You are getting up and running in the morning which is something I've never been able to do on a consistent basis. But it's 54 degrees and you're running on a trail by the water so I guess it can't be all that bad.
It seems like you are running a good and consistent pace. Maybe in a month we can take another stab at some "speed" work?
